Fix FPS Lag
If you have FPS Lag you have to change your resolution inside the game to the next lower resolution and then change it back to your current resolution. This has to be done every time you launch the game.
Remove FPS Cap
To remove the FPS cap, you have to turn of VSync at "Documents\Bound by Flame\graphicconfig.txt"; Just change 1 to 0 and put your desired max FPS at the Refresh Rate Option.
Troubleshooting
If for some reason the graphicconfig.txt doesn't show for you, try creating it and put this inside of it:

WINDOWED=0 RESX=1280 RESY=720 REFRESHRATE=60 VSYNC=0 TEXTUREHIRES=1

Replace RESX and RESY with your current resolution.

Have you tried running it on compatibility mode? This is always a problem with PC games.

I'm guessing I made a mistake buying this game for a new computer with windows 11.

OK I just downloaded it and I have the file right there, no clue as to why it doesn't show for you. but, you can try and create it.

Just name it graphicconfig.txt and put this inside

WINDOWED=0
RESX=1280
RESY=720
REFRESHRATE=60
VSYNC=0
TEXTUREHIRES=1

RESX and RESY are your resolution. WINDOWED, VSYNC and TEXTUREHIRES should be either 1 (ON or active) or 0 (OFF or inactive) and REFRESHRATE (Max FPS or Refresh Rate of your monitor).

Doubt it would be moved or invisible since I can see every file type and since I never even touched that folder :p

According to the update history, there hasn't been changes since launch, so it should be there. I'll download the game again and see if it somehow moved or changed name. You should have it too, either moved or invisible. :wat_creep:

I did modify the in game settings... That's what I also do before i start playign a game

Any other way to get the file?

If its the first time you play, it probably hasn't been created. You have to modify the in game options first, and then the file will be created.
