First of all this is a 3rd party DRM for all Ubisoft Games. If you have not heard of this before nor did not install any Ubisoft Connect (uPlay) client on your PC then first things first is that you need to install one. Note: Technically if you launch any game on steam that requires Ubisoft Connect client Steam will automatically install this for you. But sometimes better if you already have one installed with latest version.

Step 1: Visit https://ubisoftconnect.com/en-US/ to download and install the latest version.
Step 2: Register a new Ubisoft Connect account (if you do not have one!)
Step 3: Then login to Ubisoft Connect client ahead.
Step 4: Now go back to Steam client > Library and go to Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Future Soldier game page then hit the green INSTALL button.
Step 5: Once download finishes then click PLAY.

There's no need to find it. Just click on PLAY and a popup window appear that notifies to bind the game to your Ubisoft Connect account. (See screenshots below)


No CD Key Really!
Well, depends on old and new. But if you find one it's on the Ubisoft Connect client under the game page. But to note DLC still have their own CD Keys.


NOTE: One account for all Ubisoft games! You do not have to make many accounts every time you play another games that requires uPlay.
NOTE #2: Do not purchase DLC on or Ubisoft Store if you bought the base game on Steam 'coz it will not work. Buy the DLC/Season Pass on Steam only.


NOTE: DLC/SEASON PASS CD-Key Activation comes later on the next section below.

You can find the DLC CD Keys via Steam Library > Team Clancy's Ghost Recon Future Soldier > Option Icon > Manage > CD Keys

The DLC activation codes does not unlock automatically but it's just included in the game installation. And it does not unlock via Ubisoft Connect key activation menu! It only activate and unlock via in-game activation. See below.

Step 1: Launch the game until it reach the main menu.
Step 2: Click "EXTRAS"
Step 3: Click "DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT"
Step 4: You will get an ALERT message about "Would you like to enter a coupon code?" then Click "YES"
Step 5: You will then see a input box where you will enter each DLC codes you have for the game. Now enter each codes: Hit SHIFT+TAB to bring up the Steam Overlay to view the DLC codes for the 3 DLC.
Step 6: Now type the code on the box for the first DLC code.
(There should be 3 codes for the DLCs for Raven, Khyber and Artic so activate it one at a time.)
Step 7: Click Yes and you will get a confirmation message:
"You have successfully unlock _____ Strike DLC".
Step 8: That's it. Just repeat the steps again to activate the other DLC codes.
Step 9: Congrats! You now own the DLC(s)

This is the only DLC specifically for Single Player Campaign. You can find this via Campaign menu. Select "CREATE NEW RAVEN STRIKE DLC SAVE".

Three new missions in Campaign Mode

• Secure Dawn: a foggy marsh in Kazakhstan where the Ghosts will not be allowed access to advanced technology (no optical camouflage, drone, or sensor grenade)
  
• Cold Walker: a train depot in the Russian countryside
  
• Argent Thunder: a nighttime urban setting in Moscow

One new map in Guerrilla Mode

• Sawmill: face 50 waves of enemies in a foggy Russian countryside

These two DLCs are mainly for Multiplayer only and few for Coop.

1.) Multiplayer:
You can find this on Multiplayer
Select "MATCH PREFERENCES" and choose either:

• Battle - Khyber Strike Pack (Switchback, Palace and Transit Maps) | (Takeover mode)
  
• Battle - Artic Strike Pack (Riot, Skyline and Evicted Maps) | (Stockade mode)

Also adds New achievements and a +10 level cap increase for each dlc total of 20 maxing Level 70.

2: Coop
Go to GUERILLA then find the “Arctic Base” amd "Village" Guerilla Co-op Map

3. Guns
Six exclusive weapons: You can find this Guns smith mode during character customization on multiplayer.

• Ghost Weapons: F2000 Assault Rifle, Mk17 PDW Defense Rifle, BT MP9 Sub Machine Gun.
  
• Bodark Weapons: CZS805 Assault Rifle, OCP-11 Defense Rifle, Type 05 JS Sub Machine Gun.

DELUXE DOES NOT INCLUDE SEASON PASS DLCs!

• MK 14 Rifle: Only available for Ghost Rifleman Class
  
• AK-47 Rifle: Only available for Bodark Rifleman Class
  
• M40 A5 Sniper Rifle: Only available for Ghost Scout Class
  
• MN 91/30 Sniper Rifle: Only available for Bodark Scout Class

WHERE?: Only on multiplayer customization. Go to Multiplayer > Characters > then change Faction accordingly from Ghost/Bodark and select LOADOUT > PRIMARY WEAPONS and you will find this weapons there.

WHERE?: Only on multiplayer customization. Go to Multiplayer > Characters > then change Faction accordingly from Ghost/Bodark and select APPEARANCE > then press arrow keys though some might level locked.

• Tiger Stripe Camo
  
• Winter Digital Camo

WHERE?: Only on multiplayer customization. Go to Multiplayer > Characters > then change Faction accordingly from Ghost/Bodark and select LOADOUT > PRIMARY WEAPONS > use arrow keys to select a weapon to apply the cammo then ENTER > arrow keys again then select PAINT > then arrow keys again until you see "WINTER DIGITAL" and "TIGERSTRIPE" paints.

• Mosow Suburbs
  
• Drilling ship

WHERE?: Go GUERILLA > SELECT MAP and find the Drilling ship and Mosow Suburbs as named "TRAMWAY" lol read the description.


Additional choice at a decision point

WHERE?: Honestly, I'm not sure to be honest. If I am right this happens as you level up during multiplayer Where you get to choose a weapon at level 4, 16, 20, 28, 32, and 40 but apparently I haven't encountered this. This might be on SP so if someone can correct me or confirm whether this is on SP or MP please let me know.



NOTE: If I remember this right some needs to be unlocked as you progress.
