Yeap, not much, so can get kinda repetitive, be warned.

Using
1) Voices are assigned to new vehicles randomly, so you can just wait for it to happen.
2) You can edit your current vehicles voices in SaveData.xml under <voicePack> element. MCV has assigned voicepack, but currently it does not matter.
