I looked at this in game and my first Impression was that it felt unfinished. For example on the back of the building you see here...

There is a brown brick type of texture that makes the whole thing feel like the white parts are missing a texture. Also no windows makes it also feel unfinished. Just my opinion though.

nice model, but to be honest it looks more like a shopping center than any kind of school with all those brand logos on the wall and no windows...
