This map used to be on Garrysmod.org years ago, and actually disappeared before the old site died. As of January 2017, the author, Celestial Samurai, has come forward! Check out his stuff, I certainly recommend it!

Although this map is full of props to scenebuild with, I would definitely recommend subscribing to Bwae's Black Mesa Source Office Models, if you want to add a little bit extra.
