Level-5 unique building - complete w/ ~3,300-tri LoD - high-tri LoD, but it's a unique building, so there's only one. I experienced no performance difficulties. If you notice either poor performance or zoom-out glitches, delete this building first and see if it improves. Employs 375.

Third time's the charm! I can confirm that it works now. And I've cut the file size down a bit.

If you downloaded this asset previously and it didn't auto-remove itself when I removed the old versions from the workshop, please delete it locally and resubscribe. Any save with the old versions will be just fine if you do this.
