Team America Theme - Victory Music

Hello and thank you for checking out my second mod for Insurgency.

This mod will replace Insurgency's round winning music with some of the Team America World Police theme song.

The music used in-game is from 0:14 to 0:30.

Sounds not playing? You must:
A) Be on a server that doesn't force you to use the default game files.
and
B) Type snd_restart into console. I recommend binding this to 'P'. By typing: bind "p" "snd_restart" into console. You can then press P at anytime to restart your game sound.
