Unlocks when starting the game. (Note: This didn't actually unlock for me untill I had clicked almost everything. I was clicking throught the Music archive when it unlocked.)

Unlocks when clearing Act 1.
Are we friends?
Unlocks when clearing Act 2.

Unlocks when clearing Act 3.

Unlocks when clearing Act 4.

Unlocks when clearing Act 5.

Unlocks when clearing the last act.

Unlocked when reading the AfterEP Talks in the Extras menu.

To save time for the "Japanese Reader" achievement (or "English Reader" if you started playing in JP), you can save right before the end, finish, then change the language, load your save and finish again.
