Audiosurf Classic: Mono

This is my attempt to bring Audiosurf's Mono mode to Audiosurf 2.

Features:
- Stealth Bonus: If you don't hit a single grey, you get a 30% bonus
- Level Rebalancing: No more long chains of greys, it feels more like original Mono
- Rumble support: If you're using a controller, you'll feel it every time you hit a block
