Fallout Sweps Reloaded v0.1.3

After many months of dealing with Halo's weapons conflicting with the new gmod updates with no updates, myself and Razgriz set out to fix every weapon we used on the FoE server. After many weeks of trial and error, we present to you a FULLY fixed and OPTIMIZED version of Halo and DCWasteland3r's Fallout Sweps.

You can find a full changelog in the discussion section under the respective post. Do keep in mind that some weapons were removed due to problems and limitations with the code. We're working on them and will hopefully add them back in a later update!

You need CS:S mounted. Click on the game controller at the bottom of the main menu and make sure CS:S is checked. If not, check it and restart. If it is already checked and is still doing it, uncheck it, restart, check it, and restart again.

Credits to Halo and DCWasteland3r for the original code and concept idea for these sweps. This pack is meant to be an RP replacement, which means the guns have been dumbed down and better suited for multiplayer servers.


Make sure you do NOT have both this and the one made by Halo and DCWasteland3r active at the same time or there will be conflicts! This goes for both singleplayer and multiplayer.

These sweps still use the base models made by Halo, so make sure you are subscribed to both of them!

1. Q: Why can't I see my guns?/Why are my guns errors?
A1: You are missing content. You need to download the fallout weapon model packs, and
have Counter Strike Source installed and mounted.

A2: If you have the content and CS:S, then you need to go to your garrysmod/garrysmod/addons and delete "fallout_weapons_part_1(not_sweps)_202591756.gma", "fallout_weapons_part_2(not_sweps)_202590506.gma", and "halos_fallout_sweps_v0.8.3_281606282.gma" and then start up gmod.

A3: If neither of those work, then you need to reinstall garrysmod completely, either by uninstalling and reinstalling, or deleting the garrysmod folder IN the Garrysmod folder.

2. Q: Are these Weapons/SWEPS
A: Yes. It's in the title, and these weapons are fully functional.

3. Q: Why does this crash my gmod?
A: I have no clue. It's probably a clientside problem.

4. Q: How do I get ammo?
A: There are now Ammo boxes, under the entities tab in the "Fallout Ammo" Category.
You can also use the command givecurrentammo in the console.

5. Q: Can I use this on my server?
A: Of course!
