Описание
This level-5 unique building is sure to inspire your citizens to explore new horizons in science, philosphy, and the arts. The elevator ride to the top has been known to inspire something else.

Complete w/ LoD model. Employs 375.

Side-note - this thing took me hours to fix with the new 1.1.0 asset editor glitches. But I think it turned out well. I really hope you enjoy!

Credit to the tree-makers for making the trees. I didn't create these. You don't need them to view the asset, but the building will look much nicer with the little park at the base. These are nice to have anyway. They're consistent across biomes.

I second Uberdubie for a District Mod which allow to select which pack of buildings groiwing in each theme.

Thank you very much for the eyedropper suggestion -- I'm already enjoying that fine mod. Until they officially address improving the usability of districts, I'd say that's certainly the best alternative for now. Thanks again for all your beautiful buildings!
