dm_stad is a medium sized map made for Half-Life 2: Deathmatch. The map takes place in an abandoned suburb in the middle of nowhere. This map was originally broken when the Orange Box update in 2009 but was eventually fixed by the map creator himself.

The Combine and the Rebels have found this area incidentally at the same time in their search for a base after the destruction of City 17. Now its time for them to fight and attempt to claim the area as their own.

The map has plenty of provisions for players including ammunition and props which allows different types of gameplay and strategies. Players can either camp in the apartment building or spring down the streets with an RPG to catch the surprise of an unsuspecting Rebel or two.
