How to share your CD2 friend copy

When buying Crash Drive 2, you get a extra copy which you can gift to a friend. This guide explains how to do so.

概要

Your FREE CD2 Gift Copy

After purchasing Crash Drive 2, first verify you have the game in your inventory. If you have it, we can show you how to share your extra gift copy

Your gift copy should be added to your inventory automatically.
Open your steam inventory
"How do I see my Inventory on the Steam Community?
From your username drop down in the top Steam menu, select Inventory. You can also find a link from your profile."

To send your extra copy:

In the inventory, select the gift category.
Click on the Crash Drive 2 gift.
Click on "send gift"
You can then either email your gift to a friend, or send it directly to a steam friend.
When a friend accepts your gift the game will be avilable in her/his steam library right away

I bought CD2 during the Steam Summer Sale. I kept one of the games for myself and gave the other to a family member. Now that I have played the game and enjoyed it greatly, I thought I would buy another set for my brother-in-law and yet another family member. After I added the game to my cart, both the link for "Purchase for Myself" (as it should be) and the "Purchase as a Gift" command buttons were grayed. Below is the screenshot of my cart that I posted on Imgur:

Is there a way that I can purchase more copies of CD2?

No, one copy binds to your account, and the other remai s in inventory
