I added a few more benches and moved some items around for more realistic placement (trash cans).

I wanted to create a car park that would fill in some commonly sized gaps in my city. I like to put parking spaces next to parks, hospitals, and unique buildings for more realistic cities.

Some people are poorly/double parked and two cars are illegally parked for more realism.

Total of 14 parking spaces.

I've looked at over 50 carparks, and this one made my Top 5. One aspect worth mentioning is that this one has a realistic number of disabled parks, whereas nearly all other carparks have one disabled park for every two regular parks. Well done!
