Can you make Joker Henchman, Two Face Henchmen, Penguin Henchmen, Tyger Guards, Hugo Strange, Batman Zur En Arrh, and for all the Npcs to have a hostile and friendly

I have a suggestion, in the new game, there are two-face thugs. They are really cool, and I wish someone made them in Gmod. Anybody, would like to do that?
