I've since edited the photo so it fits into the background better without stretching.

Games -> Workshop -> Mouse Over Mod -> Options -> Search -> Custom Background

I didn't make the original image, but it seems to be screenshots ingame with hud turned off, rotating the camera slightly after each screenshot and stitched together using MS Ice.
