Classic Tau Cannon Model

This replaces the new retail tau cannon model with the more classic model from the Black Mesa Mod, which bears more resemblance to the retail Half-Life model.

Two minor issues:

- No pickup animation.

- During the idle animation in which Gordon spins the rotating component of the cannon manually with his hand, the part rotates in the wrong direction.
