Hey @Big Bad Nonja - thanks for your useage of this asset and the great comment. This building is extremely unoptimized (my very first building) so if I were to try and reupload it I think I would re-do the entire model TBH. I've got a lot of IRL stuff going on right now but if you feel so incline, please use the asset editor and create your own residential building. :) Thanks for the comments and if I get some time in the near future my modeling skills have greatly improved so I could make a replica (maybe a better one) that wouldn't be extremely tough to recreate and is more optimzed.

Hello TOD: I've been using this building as a "fake" mountain lodge building on MrMiyagis' Aspen map. It looks awesome as that type of building. Would you be able/willing to make this asset into a low or high residential, with high occupancy, like an apartment building? That would make this a great stand-in for a lodge. I would ask for a motel conversion, but having say 3-4 of these close together might not work, but I'm only guessing.
