Difficulty meanings:
Easy-Takes no effort. Usually as you play the game.
Medium-Takes some planning and effort.
Hard-A lot of skill, planning, and effort is needed.
Very Hard-I CAN'T DO THIS ♥♥♥♥! IF YOU GET IT YOU'RE LUCKY!
Ace

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Reach level 20.

How to get: By now you should have some good weapons when you level up. All you have to do is level up to level 20. It's quicker to do it in campaign mode. Don't worry, it's not the final level.
Careful Planning

Difficulty: Medium
Achievement Description: Destroy a boss with a 5x or greater combo.

How to get: This can be tough, but the easiest way to do this is play the stage "Boss Attack I." Weaken the Gunship boss (blue ship with turrets). Once he spawns mines, shoot them for combo points. Once you accumulate 4x or 5x combo, kill the Gunship and you should have the achievement.
Catch 'em All

Difficulty: Medium
Achievement Description: Collect each type of powerup at least once.

How to get: Collect all types of the powerups. The regular powerups you can obtain throughout an entire campaign. For the last three, you can obtain them by playing Battle Chains mode. Even if you don't have a challenger, you can still play it by yourself and obtain the powerups. You can get the powerups in the first few stages.
Combo Master

Difficulty: Very Hard
Achievement Description:

How to get: This achievement is a mixture of luck and skill. I've gotten this achievement by doing Battle Chains mode with the "Random - Island" stage. Once the crowds become greater later on, start nuking everything you see- air and ground, and you should have a good chance of getting this achievement. Another stage to have a chance to get it from is "Ghost City."
Elite!

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Equip an elite weapon in every standard weapon slot.

How to get: Around level 16, you will start unlocking Elite Weapons, which are upgraded weapons already available. You can notice that they are Elite Weapons with a star in the top-right corner of the weapon icon. Simply level up and accumulate enough Scrap to obtain 6 Elite Weapons and equip them all at once while you're in the Armory. Just wait a couple of seconds (should definetly be less than 20 seconds) and the achievement should pop up.
First Purchase

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Buy your first equipment item.

How to get: Just accumulate enough Scrap (currency for the game which you get at the completion of each stage), and go buy your first weapon.
I Am Superior

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Win a Versus game.

How to get: Yes, you can get this achievement solo. Basically, click the "Add Player" button and put whatever name. Then, go to versus mode and start whatever stage. Let Player 2 die (right side), and you should unlock the achievement.
I am the Master

Difficulty: Hard-Impossible
Achievement Description: Complete the +1 Campaign.

How to get: When you complete the campaign for the first time, you unlock the +1 campaign mode, where it becomes much harder in all stages of the campaign. The difficulty depends on which difficulty you select, even easy can be hard. Complete "Battlefield of the Gods" in +1 mode in order to unlock this achievement.
Just Too Giving

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Send over 500 enemies to opponents in Battle Chains games.

How to get: Send 500 enemies over the course of all your Battle Chains games. This can be done by grabbing the powerup that sends enemies to your opponent in Battle Chains mode and making 5x, 10x, 15x combos and so forth to send enemies to your opponent. It should be counted even if you lose the challenge or die during the challenge. This can also be counted if you challenge yourself locally.
Long Running Series

Difficulty: Medium-Very Hard
Achievement Description: Play a Battle Chains series that reaches Round 5.

How to get: The difficulty varies on the stage you choose. Make a Battle Chains challenge by completing a Battle Chains stage and upload it for anyone to challenge. Once your score is broken, it will go up to round 2, where you have to beat your opponent's score. Repeat until you get to round 5 and it should unlock even if you're not in the game. You can also do this solo. Just save the Battle Chains locally and keep playing it to unlock the achievement.
Millionaire

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Amass 1,000,000 scrap.

How to get: No, this isn't scrap that you accumulated overtime, but the scrap you currently have with you now. Have 1 million scrap without using any of it. This should be done once you gotten most of the achievements. +2 mode will give you a lot of scrap.
Perky

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Get your first Perk.

How to get: Just level up and soon you can pick out your first perk.
Powerful

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Collect 100 powerups.

How to get: Simply collect 100 powerups of any kind.
Rejected

Difficulty: Medium
Achievement Description: Destroy an enemy with a reflected projectile.

How to get: This achievement is possible in the "Ghost City" stage. A reflect powerup is dropped on that stage. Once the powerup is out, stop destroying ships and let the reflect shield do the work. This may take a couple of tries, but I got it on my first try on the stage. Keep the Shield Syphon superweapon handy when going for this achievement.
Seeing Red

Difficulty: Hard
Achievement Description: Figure out a way to destroy a red Shadow enemy.

How to get: These enemies show up on +2 Campaign and Versus/Battle Chains, on boss battles. However you can't take them down with your normal weapons. The way to destroy them is to equip the Power Grab superweapon and make sure you are close to the Red Shadow enemy when you use it. The first stage you can come across them is Water War +2 during the boss battle. For Versus/Battle Chains, if your opponent uses Distortion Drive superweapon and there is a red Shadow enemy, there is a chance that it will go to your side.
Spam This!

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Destroy 100 Spamicopters.

How to get: Simply kill 100 Spamicopters. You can see a bunch of them in the first few stages of the campaign, so keep trying those stages on Skirmish. Counts even when you fail a stage.
Super Master

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Obtain every superweapon.

How to get: Purchase all five superweapons. New superweapons can be unlocked when you level up. They are marked with a grayish-orange background.
Unleash the Power

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Use a superweapon ten times.

How to get: Simply use your superweapon 10 times. Can be done multiple times on one stage.
Victory is Mine

Difficulty: Medium-Very Hard
Achievement Description: Complete the Campaign.

How to get: The difficulty on this varies on how you play the final stage. Even on easy mode, it can be tough for novice shooters. Complete the final stage in campaign mode, "Battlefield of the Gods," in order to unlock the achievement.

Marona, I never said I was a pro. Also, since you based the achievement order on frequency of players getting the achievement, you'll see that there are 6 achievements that have lower percentage rating than "I am the Master".

I'm not trying to pick a fight - just that it's weird you consider the achievement Hard-Impossible, when clearly it isn't. I also never said you should consider it "Very Easy" - that's you choosing to be contrary. I would say it's Medium-Hard, but definitely not "impossible" (more than 4% have the achievement, so clearly it's not the same difficult as Dark Souls).

The game is easy enough if the player uses a good combination of weapons and superweapon, e.g. once you unlock all slots, you can beat all levels with 3x plasma weapon that hits ground & air, ground turret, and 2x bullet spinner (which hits ground & air). And choose the shield for emergency situations.

That is because the difficulty is based on what I experienced. Would it be fair of me to list an achievement as "Very Easy" when it's nearly impossible for some? It would not. Not everyone is a pro like you.

I find it odd that you describe "I am the Master" (finish the +1 compaign) as hard-impossible. I breezed through the campaign twice, probably died 2-3 times in its entirety.

This game is a walk in the park compared to the Raiden series, and Revolution Ace would probably be a good training game to get you almost ready for Raiden lol.

Will do, thanks. I may also try a super easy chain and see if anyone bites :P

Seems like some people are having achievement troubles. Could be the game. Maybe stay tuned to the forums and see if anyone knows a fix or has trouble.

End of what? I made it to Round 12, and still nothing. It's the last achievement for me :(
