Reach and beat the first boss without firing/picking a gun. Yeah, it's a pain.
Thorax
Get your hands on one Beetle upgrade. Dropped randomly from enemies, in crates or chests.
Rex
Find his egg. It drops randomly. You'll bump into it eventually.
Miskha
Get 3 Djinn Zephyr Horn upgrades in one playthrough. The little green horn things that up your melee attack speed.
Top Hat
Die 50 times. Not too hard, really.
Shelby
Kill 20 Titan Bloodworms. The gigantic versions of those weird red worm things. Bosses don't count as far as I've gathered.
Entite
Get two Volcanic Bomb upgrades in a single playthrough. The red ball thing, it makes your bullets explode.
Alium
Get three Black Hole Box upgrades in a single playthrough. The purple box things that increase your magnetic field.
Shark
Survive the Arena for 10 minutes. Good luck.
Bloop
Die in an aquatic stage.

I seriously met all the requirements for these guys almost instantly after the update. Didn't even use a guide. (Not shark tho as I haven't played that in a long while.)
