So the game wont open, the launcher wont desplay anything but a white screen lets fix that.

ok so its really simple.
open up you firewall
go to rules
you will need to add
go to the game file-C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Phantoms NA
you will be setting access for always
add the launcher and reporter
add Launcher.exe.config
add Launcher,exe.manifest
then go to \Game\NCSA-Live
add the game
add ca-bundle
add awesomium
add bink32
next go to \Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Phantoms NA\Redist\DotNet
add the dotnetfx35setup

That should do it! if not let me know
