gm10_floodinvasion is a large survival map made for Garry's Mod. The objective of the map is to survive a near endless wave of enemies such as Combine Troopers, Antlions and Headcrab Zombies while trying to stay above ground as a wave of deadly water is constantly rising to kill all living creatures.

The map contains several tall buildings for the player to reside in while they try and survive against the enemies and the killer water. Rebel NPC's will be there to assist you during your fight and caches of ammo and health have been dotted around the map, allowing for players to take different approaches to surviving.

The map is fully noded, allowing NPC's of all kinds to easily traverse the area. Rebels will use Turret guns, Combine Gunships will spawn and fly around and Combine Dropships will move in to send in additional reinforcements.

Once the water stops ascending that means you have completed the map. You can restart the map completely to try again and attempt to survive using a different tactic.

The map is a lot of fun with friends when playing in a Survival Co-op mode with limited lives and tensions rise once the water starts to hit the very tall buildings.

Music will begin to play when the water reaches certain points in height. All music featured in the map can be found in the "Half-Life 1" and "Half-Life 2" soundtracks respectively.

- The map is internally referred to as "gm10_floodinvasion" for those who want to operate by console and it can be found in the "Others" section of the map select screen.

- gm10_floodinvasion was originally available on the Steam Workshop but it was deleted at one point or another. I'm reuploading the map for players to enjoy.
