Water Color Changer

Popis
Allows customization of water color.

Configuration file will be located at \Steam\SteamApps\common\Cities_Skylines\WaterColorConfig.xml after the first time the mod is run.

Default mod values are the same as vanilla - manual customization is required.

waterColorClean - unpolluted water color
waterColorDirty - polluted water color
waterColorUnder - color of underwater terrain near coastlines - only visible from top-down angles

Incompatible with the "No More Purple" polluted water color mods, as the waterColorDirty setting in this mod does the same thing.

Enabled mod, made changes in xml file & loaded game. Got an error after game load and there was no change in water color. Unsubscribed mod and deleted xml file. Loaded game and no error. Maybe the mod is broken?

When I change the xml file and load a game, it just gets reverted to vanilla values......

Something I learned is, that the file uses a 0 to 1 scale for rgb colours. So you have to divide your rgb values (0 - 255) by 255 to get the value needed for the config (and with this the correct colour representation in-game).
Maybe that's already explained somewhere or it is self explanatory but I thought I'd post it anyway for less smart people like me. :)
