Adds the Fire Nation from Avatar: The Last Airbender as a playable civ led by Fire Lord Ozai.

Note: This mod includes XML that adds the Smoky skies airship and land ironclad back to the industrial era (as this Civ's UU replaces the land ironclad). The airship exists to balance the addition of the land ironclad

Trait: Scorch the Land - Gives all land units the ability to pillige without expending moves, double razing speed, and adds +1 iron, coal, and producitonl to the first 5 cities founded or captured through a building called the fire nation foundry. Razed cities will give you back that 1 foundry for your next capped or built city.

UU: Fire Nation Tank
- replaces land ironclad from included units
- researched earlier than the land ironclad
- has +1 move compared to land ironclad

UU: Yuyan Archer
- replaces crossbowman
- has +1 move
- can move after attacking

Note: Civilopedia text NYI, will add in a later version
