1.) You can hunt only in winter

2.) Farms and woodcutters house hunters in winter - in their area you can hunt

3.) Beast is hidden somewhere in forest hex

4.) There is only one beast at a time on map. Once it disappears (hunted/cleared) new one appears somewhere / counters disappear.

5.) Possible reward - 20 Honor / 3 Crafting materials / 1 Gold **
** Honor is most common - gold most rare - but needs more testing

6.) Forest the beast was hidden in is cleared.

7.) If the beast is out of reach and you know its location - you can relocate your woodcutter to hunt it or simply clear that forest hex - it will respawn the best elsewhere.

1.) Try several spots around the map further away from one another. If the beast is not within 9 hexes you get big red "X" - so do not try to search again nearby.



2.) When you spot number somwhere focus on that area. It means that the beast is in forest hex 4 tiles from this spot. There are many options - simply try one spot 4 tiles away but do not expect to track it yet.



3.) Now we have 2nd clue. It is 4 tiles away from the 1st mark and 8 from the 2nd so it is somewhere north. Actually there are 3 hexes that match that distance.



4.) Now I made mistake (you can usually get it in 3rd attempt 33-50% and 4th 100%). As I took the middle one I still do not know for sure where it is. It could be 1 tile left or right.
PS: If you took any of the side hexes (not middle one) you would now have it or know where it is on 100% as it would show 1 (for the middle one) or 2 (for the other side one)



5) I had to guess as it was 50/50 and I picked the left side - wrong. So now we know 100% where the beast is.
