The guide slightly over-complicates things and also neglects to mention you need a near-identical .RAR copy of your new compilation mod in-order to properly show up in the mod list in-game.
Read the comment below to learn how to properly compile your mod list;
1. Inside downloaded_mods , create a new folder . Name it something like "My Mods".
2. Grab each secondary folder ("items", "entities", "language" etc.) from each mod folder inside downloaded_mods and place it inside your compilation folder ("My Mods").
3. Inside downloaded_mods , create a new .RAR archive . Name it the same way you named your regular folder ("My Mods"). This name will determine what shows up in the mod list in-game.
4. Inside My Mods.rar , create a folder named "mods".
5. Copy and paste the regular "My Mods" folder into the "mods" folder in the .RAR archive. The directory should look like this:
(My Mods.rar) => mods => My Mods => entities / languages / items / ...
---
In-game, you will open the main menu ('Esc'), select Mods, then Play A Mod, then check 'Activate Mode by Default', then select your custom mods folder.
