Код для этого списка апгрейдов написан и (по идее) работает, не хватает только соответствующих включателей в самих классах оружия. Видимо решили отказаться от этой фичи, хоть она и работает. Пока да, только урон и перезарядка дротиков.

By the way, DOT from the radiation cloud (from Destroyer of Worlds) on Seal Squeal does a hell of a lot of increased damage (about 140 to FP on HoE with every tick). I didn't find anything about this in this spreadsheet. Is this a bug or a feature?

Hello. In the notes in the section "Weapons - Upgrades" it says "Upgrades improve various aspects of the weapons such as damage, handling or ammunition." and a list of all possible ways to improve the characteristics. I understand this is not relevant and was rejected? Only damage and medical darts can be improved in actual game?
