Sunshine's Megastop Restplace by Bumpa♥♥♥♥l (tested, working, ploppable, appreciates feedback and votes)

A restplace with a six lane highway going through beneath it. It is possible to delete the road ingame.
Includes a Ben&Jerry's rival and a donut store Dunkin' Donuts would be proud of. ^^

Custom made by me as a tribute to my sunshine. :]

Double checked and placed ingame to make sure it works; and it does. :)

Description: This is a monument since for some reason I wasn't able to place the building in a park and then save it. The properties have been changed; several settings have been modified to make this more worth placing ingame. The object is a bit tricky to place but I believe everybody should be capable of placing it the way the want without going too much out of their way. :)

This is the first time I added a specular map so have mercy with me. I'm everything else than a pro and doing this on a voluntary base. Also the roof is a bit roughly structured but please see for yourself in the screenshots up top.

Includes hangout zones.
No smoke or steam.
