My new map ph_alcatraz for props hunt mod.

- counter strike : source is required for seeing props like orange, banana etc...
- its the first version
- 48 cell on 3 stage with a different props location for all cell and the cafeteria
- more than 400 props
- 46 slots

@Hellion Only 1 of them managed to survive, 1 was found dead in the Bay, and the other wasn't able to escape with the other 2 in time, eventually getting caught.
