You might want to double check. Asset 429591190 (this one) is listed as Level 1 by Building Name List mod.

Na, there is a Level 3 LD (this one), and the same building exist as a Level 1 HD ;)

Game reports it as Commercial HD, Level 1, 3x4

I use normal and specular maps :P

In my opinion you should at least use normal and specular maps to give the illusion of depth to the fassade (windows and plaster). I would prefer the more detailed (tris) buildings with hd textures.
Idea is nonetheless great. I love simple row houses! (if you use gimp there is a plugin to easy generate normal maps). This critic is only ment as a help =) I´m for myself still learning on modeling

I love you for doing these buildings man.

Looks nice - would be great if you could include some in-game screenshots as the game has nicer rendering than the asset editor.
