Opis
Detects and removes vehicles that are confused or blocked, automatically. You can also manually remove any vehicle that's not parked, since parked vehicles are merely decorations. See also:

Confused: Cars / Trucks / Trains / Metros / Ships / Airplanes
Detects and removes all cars, trucks, trains, metros, ships, and airplanes that are "Confused". You can check whether a vehicle is "Confused" by click on it. If it is, then its info panel will say "Confused". The removal is immediate.

Gridlocked: Trains / Metros / Ships / Airplanes
Detects and removes all trains, metros, ships, and airplanes that are gridlocked. Gridlocked vehicles will be given a chance to resolve the gridlock themselves first. After a predefined period of time (usually within a few minutes), the mod will remove them. This does NOT apply to cars and trucks. The game removes those automatically.

Two other options for stuck vehicles: 1) Traffic Manager: Presidential Edition adds a red x to delete individual vehicles; 2) use vehicle info to jump and delete the building that spawned the vehicle (residence, taxi stand, etc. ).

Don't bother with this mod. It doesn't work. If you have a confused vehicle, click to jump to the owner and delete the building. The vehicle will despawn automatically. It might not be as elegant but it uses vanilla game-logic to remove the vehicle, not a mod which doesn't work.

My cargo ships work fine, but the passenger ships go to edge of map and continue in circles, blocking all traffic, so I had to turn off all harbors. Not sure if this mod is to blame, but it's definitely a suspect. Also, the "remove vehicle" feature in-game is finicky. Basically need to pause game, hold the button and wait a few seconds for it to disappear.
