You will have to figure out the timing and such for yourself.
I still have an ogre hero at the moment and I just moved him whenever it was neccesary.

The boost in the middle only becomes usefull when there's a certain amount of cannons cost-effectwise.
The swamps at the start are great to activate the invisible guys right from the start because these were getting through before I started using them. So make sure you at least get them before wave 13.

Here are the skills I used, this seem to be the best option with the amount of tablets available.
The two remaining points are the ones I just got for finishing it so those are not available sooner.
