Really easy to do just find the folder and copy the files.

Just go to your documents, rockstar games, GTA V, User Music folder.[i.imgur.com]

Copy whatever songs into the folder.

Then in the audio settings of the game do a full scan

Enjoy your own music in game.

Alternate method.

Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA V/User Music

Right-click anywhere > New > Shortcut

Click Browse in the dialogue box that opens

Find the folder where you keep your music, be it the default or elsewhere, and select it.

Click Ok

Click Next

Give the shortcut a name if prompted, then click finish.

Run GTA V

Go to Settings > Audio and do a complete scan. The game will notify you when it is done, so feel free to play in the meantime.

Yeah you can, but other people can not hear your music @1Lt actually it's kind of dumb, they can't even hear their own custom radio. At least when I last played with the music on.. which was like two years ago.

Más fácil: 1) Crear un acceso directo de la carpeta donde se encuentra la Música
2) Pegar el acceso directo en la carpeta de música del GTA V

It does work online, but only for you. It would be cool if you could play your music and everyone else hear it, but sadly that doesn't work.
