NEW - Updated with night lights!

Thanks for downloading the Drake Villa.

This villa is a single floor house, it's based on real architect plans.

It's standing on a 4x3 parcel (3 wide, 4 deep) and is at Level 3.

The building is only 538 triangles and has a custom LOD (86 tris) and custom LOD textures, the textures are 1024 (128 for the lod).
