first go to www.garrysmods.org this website is a revival project to recover old addons for gmod!

(PLEASE NOTE! NOT ALL ADDONS WILL WORK THIS METHOD IS A HIT AND MISS KIND OF METHOD SO ITS NOT MY FAULT!)


step 1: open your garrys mod 13 folder

step 2: open the folder of your addon that you have downloaded

step 3: move all contents of the mod to the lua folder in your garrys mod 13 game folder

step 4: start garrys mod and test to see if the mod works

step 5: if it works, great! play away! if not than you ether have a conflicting mod or you screwed with gmod 13 files too much. another thing that can cause this is a cracked gmod if you pirated gmod 13 than its your own fault, get a job and buy gmod like a normal person!
