This really happened, A battalion of American Soldiers from the 'Liberty' Division were trapped behind German Lines and forced to hold off wave upon wave of attack. After 6 days of little food and water and enduring constant bombardments from allied artillery they were finally rescued by allied soldiers. It is said that thousands of German soldiers had to be diverted from the front line to try and liquidate the soldier trapped behind their lines and as a consequence were unable to capitalize on their advantage of driving the allied soldiers back. A great story that many people should get to know.

God this was the most inaccurate representation of WW1 I've seen since BF1 It was so rediculous I couldn't even watch the whole thing XD
