bored of builing so many primary schools i've decided to create a bigger one.
used the soviet school, so u will have an icon in game and english description.

construcion cost: 15 000 (normal 10 000)
capacity: 600 Students (normal 300).

raised all stats as u see in the pictures.


including:


- little football field

- flower garden

- public restroom

- different wooden benches

- nice trees





you will need alot of additional props to get this running, i will add them all now and i hope i'll forget non of them ;)




adding skatepark and basketball field on the left side, connected with pedestrian and you got your self a perfect kidz place ;)
