TTT Traitor Bioweapon

***Description***

Bioweapon obtainable in the Traitor's buy menu. Shoot one person and watch as the infection spreads amongst the sheeple. Be careful traitors, by default you can also catch the disease, so shoot from a far and stay hidden. The infection is airbourne, so when you hear coughing, hope that you are far enough away.

May 10th update -
Now comes with a cure module, which adds the ability to cure the disease (single-use cures buyable in the traitor/detective menus, cure generator available in detective menu)

***For Server Owners***
ConVars you can set:
tttv_traitorimmunity (1 or 0, default 0; sets whether traitors are immune to the disease)
tttv_detectiveimmunity (1 or 0, default 0; sets whether detectives are immune to the disease)
tttv_curable (1 or 0, default 1; sets whether the disease can be cured and if cures should appear in T/D menus)
tttv_cureimmunity (1 or 0, default 0; sets if the person who uses a cure is immune for the rest of the round)
tttv_curegeninitcures (any positive number, default 3; how many cures the Generator should start with)
tttv_curegentime (any positive number, default 45; how much time the cure generator takes to regen cures)
tttv_curegenmaxcures (any positive number, default 5; maximum number of cures the cure generator can hold)
tttv_infectionchance (0 - 100, default 70; percent chance of infection when in an infected's "splash zone")

I will not add zombies, as that would require a rewrite of some of the gamemode code and would further encourage RDM/Unneeded DM
