Its most likely a build scene, meaning that they used props for the grass, sky box, and used some photo editor to apply the effects to the area. I have no idea but its just a guess since a lot of people make them like that.

Not sure if you know, but you might. a long time ago I saw somebody port RO2 Trench props (just the short ones you can crouch in). Have you ever seen those?
