at my job we our workforce is so small, we have to work so much, its just not enjoyable anymore

Come on, I understand everything) My recent job is a courier, so I can understand you perfectly well, but to be honest, I really like this job, because it’s certainly better than sitting still while you work, and there are new people, and I just like to ride, but I wouldn’t want to work as a courier at 30 :D
