This .iwd file remove backgroud music on main menu in Call of Duty 2 Multiplayer

• Download this .iwn file[onedrive.live.com]
  
• Extract "musicOFF.iwd" from "musicOFF-callofduty2.rar" and copy to
  C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty 2\main
• Close window and Run the game

Alternative metod for search main folder:

• Right-click on "Call of Duty 2" in steam library
  
• Click "Properties" in rollup menu
  
• Click "Local Files" tab
  
• Click "Browse Local Files..."
