Mostly Flatlands with a river in the middle dividing "Industry" and "housing" areas. Fertile Lands on one side with some oil n coal

I recomend NewGame++ for starting! (Unlock roads) so you may start as you want.

- Map Info -
Flat <- QUITE flat besides the river in the middle, Outside zone area I tried to make it a bit mountain like etcetra
High amount of resources and lots of Fertile Lands [On "Industrial area"]
4xTrain Connection [On "Industrial area"] - Both are interconnected to same outside area [look at connections]
1xBoat Connection [From one side of the river towards the big lake/ocean]
2xFlight Connections [One above "Housing area" and one above "Industrial area"]
