This is a monument mod, it comes in to the game under the same tab where you'd find the Statue of Liberty.

Changed values--

Construction cost: 1,260,000

Maintenance cost: 16,000 per month, which breaks down to about 3200 per week. This is moderately less per week comparable to the Statue of Liberty

HighWealth Tourists: 90

MediumWealth Tourists: 150

LowWealth Tourists: 200

Educated workers: 1

Uneducated workers: 6

Entertainment radius: 850

Monument level: 1

2k x 2k texture resolution

Low poly model is 967 tris, but no additional texture map. (Believe me, you do not want to see the autogenerated LOD on this thing, it was atrocious!)

Honestly, now that you've got a few things out in the wild, I'm just going to download anything with your name on it. Amazing, simply amazing, work! Oakshios, that looks like an error kickback from the LOD baking system that the game uses. There shouldn't be an issue with this model, though. I've tested it, and no one has reported and sort of visual problems. Also, this mesh has no where near 65000 verts.
