[Growable] Modern House

Опис
A big level 4 house that will spawn on 4x4 lots. This the second model I make so it might not be "HOLY S*IT" level of quality, but I think it's alright. Give it a place in your city, love it, and it will ever be there for you. At last until it gets updated to level 5.

Also I know the name is too damn generic. That's how creative I'm.

I second those calls for an AD update (and a LOD). Beautiful asset, would love to see it really shine.

I really like the look of this house, but sadly it needs a bit more than the AD update, it also needs a LOD. Any plans on updating it ?
