LOL You cant make a guide to be tactical that is gained by playing with a clan (posibly making one ) and training until u start being tactical you cant make a guide for it as theres nothing to teach,unless for certain situations like breaching rooms or AT warfare .From this point of view you can but u need a more convincing name and an actual guide .
