I don't know what I am doing wrong my traffic is still really bad.

You want feedback - this is wonderfully designed, HOWEVER, keep in mind, with raised roads, powerline, pipe, utilities, and civic buildings, you can only have so many AND THEN YOU CAN PLACE NO MORE! USE SPARINGLY. TOO MANY OBJECTS error occurs. You are then limited to zoning, and ground-level roads. Hope the devs fix this error. It is not caused by your intersection alone, it is cause by ALL of them, or just TOO MANY of them + a raised highway.
