As a part for my mod collection, to create your own designed beaches. This asset features a Umbrella with 3 chairs and a playground/sandbox.

@Baleur Back when i created these assets i tried a lot of things to get rid of the dirt, talked to a lot of other modders, nothing we tried helped. If i recall correctly, the way to remove the dirt under trees does not works with assets.

If ONLY you could have this cooperated with the author of Tree Replacer Mod, so his "remove dirt under trees" feature would affect your parks. That would make them look much nicer to only have clear sand underneith instead of that terrible dirt plop under each item.
