dazzle is an early game support. probably the most extreme example - your hero will cease to be anything but a shallow grave after 30 minutes. with this in mind however, dazzle's early game is amazing - your Q allows you to completely dominate any offlane, solo or duo, and your entire kit is based around pushing and punishing defenders. push early with dazzle, win games. that simple. if you're playing passive, you're inbound for -25.
