描述
This is my version of the Knooppunt Vaanplein which is a hybrid interchange located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The interesting thing in this particular interchange is that it was originally built as a windmill interchange in the 1970s but it has been changed drastically after.

Purfectly modified for Cities Skylines.
The real knooppunt Vaanplein would be to big for the game.

Umm "freeware" version is not supported I guess, you'll need to own the game on Steam.
