I design and texturize the buildings with 3ds max, but I edit the textures with photoshop because when I genered UVW map the program distorts the texture :/. I will see that Blender! Thanks!

Nope I use blender cycles nodes for the textures. In this case different "brick" nodes overlayd and then baked into a texture. What software do you use ?
